    • 6pm – Call Time 5:00
  • Sunday June 8
    • 2pm – Call Time 1:00

It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure all of your friends and family attending also understand and adhere to this very important rule. Our show will undergo professional filming and editing, which typically requires several weeks before we receive the final product. Once ready, we will distribute the digital link to all families for viewing. Feel free to share or make copies on flash drives, DVDs, etc., as you wish. Additionally, we might arrange for professional photos to be taken and be made available to everyone.

Theatre Etiquette/Expectations

  • Do not move around in front of audience members while a routine is onstage. WAIT FOR THE BLACKOUT BETWEEN NUMBERS so nobody’s view of their children is blocked during their very special performance!
  • NO PHONES/IPADS/ETC in the audience please! It is distracting to others and disrespectful to the performers.
  • Absolutely NO food or drinks in the audience. Please be sure all friends/family are aware as well. Dancers will need to be sure they eat a good meal before the recital and ONLY CLEAR WATER to drink while in costume when out in the lobby area.
  • If your dancer is in several routines close together, try to find seats toward the edge of a row so you can easily slip in and out to help with costume changes.
  • Our recital will be around 2.5 hours long with many fun. engaging routines. Small children may not be able to sit quietly throughout the entire thing. Please keep this in mind and be sure your friends and family know this as well.
  • Let’s leave the dressing rooms the way we found them and clean up after ourselves!
  • We will have a sign up link to help with props/scenery/load in /load out etc.
  • We will probably sell flowers and other merchandise out front for convenience, so that friends/family can purchase last-minute gifts for their dancers.

Show Order

Both days will follow the same order! Dancers will begin to head backstage roughly 3 routines before they need to be onstage. A parent will need to stay with them for the most part to help them with their costume changes, and if there is time between their routines they will be able to sit in the audience to watch other routines on stage.
