Recital Tickets
Don’t forget to purchase your recital tickets now! You can purchase through your parent portal under Get Tickets, in your app under Recital Info, at espritperformingarts.com, and at the link below.
Tickets went on sale Friday and both shows are filing up quickly! A few answers to our most frequently asked questions.
- ALL dancers will be in BOTH shows. It is the same show both nights, so all dancers will need to be there both nights.
- Anyone who will need a seat in the audience will need to purchase a ticket. This includes dancer and parent. You will have received an email with a discount code for your two complimentary tickets for the dancer and one parent.
- There are no “bad” seats in this theatre space! We love this venue in part because the arrangement of the seats leads to a better view and more intimate experience for all.
- We have TWO shows and you will need a separate ticket for EACH show. We will NOT have tickets available for purchase at the door, and ticket sales will close out the night before.
Recital 2025
- Winter Haven Fine Arts Theatre @ Polk State College Winter Haven
- Recital Dates: June 7th and 8th, all dancers are in both shows.
- Practice Schedule: Mandatory in-studio rehearsal, dress rehearsal, and two weekend shows during the first week of June.
- Included Items: Costumes, participation fees, one ticket for dancer and one parent, yearbooks, t-shirts, and photos/videos.

All of our picture days went well!
Parents that purchased downloads or prints, expect to receive a link in the next couple of weeks with your digital downloads, and prints will be available for pickup at dress rehearsal along with your included yearbooks and t-shirts.

Recital Updates
- Rehearsal Videos – Practice your dances at home each week!
- Show Order! Check the show order and put all your costumes in order now! Make sure your names are in each piece and any accessories are with the costumes. Be sure you have a new, clean pair of tights – ideally at least one pair for each day and a backup. Show Order
- Audio Files – test your skills! Practice your routines at home WITHOUT the video!
- Extra T-shirts and Yearbook are available for pre-order! NO EXTRAS will be available at recital – must be pre-ordered by May 25!
- Families will receive ONE yearbook, and additional copies can be pre-ordered for friends/families/separate households, etc.
- EACH dancer will receive a T-shirt. Additional shirts can be pre-ordered for anyone else who would like one.

2025 Summer Pass
Sign up for summer classes! We also have musical theatre camp and other fun things headed your way! Registration open NOW in your parent portal!
Please always let us know ahead of time if/when AND WHY your dancer will be missing their classes.
** Reminder for those hoping to join our teams at any point: attendance and communication are some of the KEY factors we are already looking out for from our dance families. Failure to meet these expectations (even at the recreational level) can impact your opportunities to be invited to team in the future.
Team
Annual Team Celebrations
Competition/Elite Team Celebration will be June 30@ 6pm! We will be sending our Competition and Elite team members an invite with a link for RSVP. We’re still working on dates/times for our Performance and Petite teams.
SUMMER NATIONALS REHEARSALS
Elites will be switching to this Nationals Prep schedule starting after recital! NO DANCE the week after recital, then we will switch to our summer program. Those NOT going to Nationals will follow the regular summer classes schedule starting the week after recital.
Summer Plans
The ENTIRE studio will take off the week after recital, and then we will begin our summer class schedule. Elites, the week of June 9-16 would be the perfect time for any planned vacations before nationals rehearsals begin!
Summer Classes/ Camps General summer class schedule is up! Comp/Elite does NOT need to enroll in anything at the moment as your general SUMMER PASS is included, but please share the schedule with any friends/family hoping to join the studio at any level. ELITE dancers are automatically enrolled in the summer classes and camps, and we’d like everyone to be involved in the camps in some way.
SOUND OF MUSIC will be our summer musical and is now available for registration! See more info here!
We will have a BALLET INTENSIVE with Ms. Joey in June, 24-26. It will be before your regular rehearsal/class times, and we encourage everyone to join! Enrollment will open soon, but save the dates now!
Performance Team, go ahead and enroll in summer classes and camps! We’ll be sure to put you into the correct level so feel free to register for whichever. Petite and younger performance should definitely register for the 4-6 classes and if any will need moved we’ll let you know.
Solos
Remember, those with solos should be coming up on their days/times off to use the studio and practice on their own whenever possible. Studio space is available any time classes aren’t happening. Reserve in the system so we know you’re planning to come up.
BE SURE TO REGISTER FOR SHOWSTOPPER 2 if you haven’t done so already!
Payments
Parents, as we near the end of the season, we’re updating the payment plans, particularly for our Recreational, Petite/Performance, and Competition Teams. Some accounts may have lower balances, and payments have been adjusted accordingly. Others may be behind on their payments, and we’ll contact them to catch up on past-due amounts. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about your accounts or balances or are planning to make manual payments.
