Newsletter August 11, 2025

We’re so excited to kick off our 2025 season with a fun nostalgia-inspired theme! Whether you’re a brand new or returning dancer, we can’t wait to share this journey with you. Our goal is to create an environment where every dancer feels supported, inspired, and a part of our Esprit family!

📢 Announcements

🗓 Recital Week — June 1–7, 2025
Mark your calendars! Most dancers will have extra rehearsals during recital week to prepare for our big showcase. A detailed rehearsal schedule will be released in the spring, but we recommend keeping that week as open as possible.

📸 Newsletter Fun
Each week, we’ll share important studio updates, upcoming events, and fun snapshots from our classes and community performances. Parents—if you capture any great pictures or videos at Esprit or community events, send them our way for a chance to be featured! This first edition was also sent as an email, but be sure to check out the app/website each week for new editions!

FIRST WEEK REMINDERS

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so your dancer can get settled. Parents, walk your dancer in and stay with them until we’re ready to check them in and bring them to class. We’re usually at the studio a few minutes before the first class to set up, but we ask that you please don’t drop off your dancer early unless an adult comes in to make sure we’re ready to supervise.
  • Drop-off & Pick-up:
    • All parents: Drop off dancers in reception (enter through the parking lot door).
    • PreDance (Wed) & Level 1 (Fri 4–6 pm): Please park and pick up at the side doors on E Lake Ave.
    • Level 2 & All Team: Parents, please come to the reception lobby for pickup. This is for their safety and also so instructors can share any important messages about your dancer that day.
    • Lobbies are quiet zones—thanks for helping us keep things calm for our dancers!
