Dancers are expected to have correct shoes/clothing/hairstyles for each class.
NO FOOD, DRINK, or GUM IN STUDIO. *Dancers that are in the studio for more than 3 hours of class may bring a small, HEALTHY snack such as granola bar or something similar in their bag. *All dancers should bring a small bottle of water to keep with them in the studio during class.
No photo or video of our dancers unless during approved Parent Observation classes. You will be invited into the classrooms during those times.

Tuition Fees and Payment Policies

Tuition can be paid via your parent portal ONLY!! We no longer accept checks or cash in the studio.
Fee for returned payments is $20 per transaction. In the case of reversed payments, a money order or cashier’s check for the amount of tuition, reverse fee of $20 and additional late fee of $30 must be turned in by hand to our staff.
Tuition is considered late on the 6th of the month. At that point, your card on file will be charged automatically both the tuition fee and the $30 late fee.
After 30 days unpaid tuition, your dancer will be dropped from their classes with the 50$ per class drop fee and your dancer’s position may be replaced by a child on the waitlist.

We do have an annual prepayment option for tuition payments. If you would like to take advantage of our 10% annual payment discount, let us know immediately. We will post your full tuition minus discount, which must be paid before August 12.

Mandatory Recital Rehearsals will be held Tuesday June 2nd and Wednesday June 3rd from 5:00pm-9:00pm in the studio. These are MANDATORY!*except Predance, Loved Ones, and adult classes.
Mandatory Dress Rehearsal at the theatre will be held Friday, June 5th from 5:00pm-10:00pm the day before Mandatory Recital Shows. This is MANDATORY, NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS INCLUDES Predance, Loved Ones, etc.
A parent or other adult is required to be in charge of costume changes and supervision for dress rehearsal and both shows. It needs to be the same parent for dress rehearsal that it will be for the actual shows. Dress rehearsal on Friday night is where everyone practices for the real things so it needs to be treated just like recital nights.
Mandatory Recital Shows for all dancers are held Saturday and Sunday June 6th and 7th. If your dancer cannot be available for the week BEFORE and the week OF these dates, please do NOT register them for classes. Saturday’s show starts 6:00 pm and Sunday starts 2:00 pm with call times being 4:30 for Saturday and 1:00 for Sunday. Shows last about 3 hours total including many routines from all of our classes and dancers, intermission, time in between numbers, and awards. Please block out the entire day, the weekend and week before (for rehearsals) as this is a busy week where dance is the number one FAMILY priority.
