Esprit Homeschool Coop by Christie Henderson
Esprit Homeschool Cooperative
We are a small, relaxed homeschool cooperative that is focused on individualized learning using a simple framework embodying principles loosely based on the Montessori mindset. While we do have a small monthly fee, that is to cover our curriculum and materials expenses. Parents are welcomed and encouraged to purchase items off our Amazon wishlist and provide other forms of barter (such as coming in and teaching a skill or lessons to the member students, etc.)
Our homeschool cooperative founder, Christie Henderson, is the primary student guide and provides supervision during co-
As part of our days, we will have personalized acro/tumbling classes provided by Jared Whitchard. There is no additional fee for this to cooperative members, and others can choose to join just the acro/tumbling classes either on a drop-in fee or monthly fee basis.
While we will be loosely following a curriculum in the cooperative, it will be considered as a secondary enrichment to the primary parent-driven curriculum you choose. That being said, it IS a complete curriculum and can be used as such if the parent prefers. Most of our current members use an online curriculum such as Always-IceCream/Miacademy as their curriculum for state reporting purposes and to use at home.
You can choose to attend all three days or only certain days or any combination you would like as either a drop-off and pick-up or to stay with your student during the day. We are very flexible and welcoming, so if there’s a specific arrangement you would like to ask about please do so!
