A Busy and Exciting Weekend for Our Dancers!
This past weekend was full of energy and community spirit! Some of our team members represented Esprit at Auburndale’s First Saturday Monthly Market, which was held at night this time and made for such a fun new atmosphere. Meanwhile, several of our team dancers were out attending dance conventions across the region, growing, learning, and representing Esprit beautifully.
We also celebrated a big milestone — the first duet and solo performances of the season! Congratulations to those dancers for stepping out and setting the bar high for what’s to come this year. 💫
🎃 Mark Your Calendars!
Auburndale’s Fall-O-Ween and Bloodhound Bash is coming up on October 16th at the park!
Join us for this fun community event full of games, costumes, and Halloween spirit. It’s a great chance for our Esprit families to come out, have fun, and enjoy the evening together!
⚠️ Action Required: Ellever Transition Reminder
All parents and families should have already created their new login and transferred their billing information to Ellever.
If you haven’t done this yet, please log in and complete the setup as soon as possible to avoid any billing interruptions.

💻 Spotlight: Why We Love Ellever
We’re so excited about our transition to Ellever — our new parent portal that makes managing your dancer’s account easier than ever!
Here are just a few of the benefits:
- ✅ One login system for all caregivers and dancers. Dancers can now have access to certain parts of their own information in a safe, secure environment if they have their own email and device.
- 💳 Simplified billing with automatic payments and secure ACH options (lowest available convenience fee).
- 📱 Easy access to the parent portal through a web link right inside the Esprit App, or you can choose to download the Ellever app if you’d prefer.
- 🧾 Transparent payment tracking so you can easily see what’s been paid and what’s upcoming.
- 💬 Easier communication — stay up to date with studio messages, events, and reminders instantly.

All families should log in and update their billing information in Ellever as soon as possible to ensure your account remains current.

🗓 Recital Week — June 1–7, 2025
Mark your calendars! Most dancers will have extra rehearsals during recital week to prepare for our big showcase. A detailed rehearsal schedule will be released in the spring, but we recommend keeping that week as open as possible.Recital 2025 (Darkness & Light) Videos Darkness and Light videos are OUT! Each week, we’ll share important studio updates, upcoming events, and fun snapshots from our classes and community performances. Parents—if you capture any great pictures or videos at Esprit or community events, send them our way for a chance to be featured! This first edition was also sent as an email, but be sure to check out the app/website each week for new editions!

Did you know we upload photos and videos from class each week? These are a great way to practice at home and to see your dancer’s progress! You can find them in your studio app:
- Open the app
- Go to Media/Audio-Visual
- Choose Recreational folder and then your class folder to view content.
📸 Photo/Video UPLOAD
Parents, if you capture any remarkable pictures or videos at Esprit or community events, kindly send them to us for the opportunity to be featured. You can do this by using the upload feature under the Media/Audio-Visual section. You’ll find content shared by other parents in the “shared event photos/videos” link below it. 🙂
