Hello Esprit Families!
We’re heading into Week 8, and this week’s big news is an exciting upgrade for all of you—plus some fun fall events right around the corner. 🍂🎃✨
🚀 Big News: We’re Upgrading to Ellever Parent Portal!
We are thrilled to announce that we will be moving from DanceStudio Pro to Ellever for our parent portal system! Ellever will bring you a cleaner, more mobile-friendly, and easier-to-use experience.
Here’s what you can look forward to with Ellever:
- ✅ A simplified invoicing and payment screen
- ✅ Lower, flat rate convenience fees
- ✅ Easier registration process
- ✅ Expanded payment options
- ✅ Automated receipts & push notifications (if you download the Ellever app)
- ✅ True family accounts. Multiple parents/caregivers AND dancers can all have their own logins!
👉 What’s NOT Changing: The Esprit App FL is not going away. You’ll continue to access practice videos, newsletters, schedules, and more just as you always have. Ellever will only replace the billing and registration areas of the app and website.
Rollout Plan:
We’ll be switching over in stages, beginning with payment processing. Soon, you’ll receive an email invitation from Ellever. To get started, you’ll simply:
- Log in and set your password
- Add your billing information
That’s it! 🎉 Once you’re set up, you’ll immediately see the new portal and enjoy the upgraded payment options.

🎶 October Saturday Market – October 4
October is almost here, and we’re excited to share that our dancers will be performing at the October Auburndale Saturday Market on Saturday, October 4!
📍 Downtown Market Park – 4-9 PM
🕔 Performance around 5–6 PM (exact time TBD)
🎤 Plus, there will be a live band at the park that evening!
We’ll also have our Esprit Market Booth, so be sure to stop by, say hello, and support your dance family.
🎃 Fall Fun: Auburndale Fall-O-Ween & Bloodhound Bash
Mark your calendars—Esprit will be out in full force for some fun community events this fall!
- Fall-O-Ween: Our dancers will be performing and celebrating in full spooky spirit. 👻
- Bloodhound Bash Parade: Our team will be dancing to “Beetlejuice” and riding on the Esprit float in the parade! 🎭💜
We’d love to see our Esprit families lining the streets and cheering on our dancers. Your energy makes all the difference!

🗓 Recital Week — June 1–7, 2025
Mark your calendars! Most dancers will have extra rehearsals during recital week to prepare for our big showcase. A detailed rehearsal schedule will be released in the spring, but we recommend keeping that week as open as possible.

Q: Is Ellever replacing the Esprit App FL?
A: No! Ellever will only replace the DSP Parent Portal areas (billing and registration). The Esprit App FL will continue to be your go-to spot for practice videos, newsletters, schedules, updates, and more.
Q: Do I need to download a new app?
A: You don’t have to. Ellever works right from the Esprit App FL and our website.
👉 But if you do download the Ellever app, you’ll gain access to extra features like:
- Automated payment receipts
- Push notifications for billing and registration updates
Q: What changes first?
A: We’re rolling out Ellever in stages, starting with payment processing. You’ll receive an email invitation from Ellever to log in, create a password, and add your billing information.
Q: What new features will I notice?
A:
- A cleaner, more mobile-friendly design
- Easier invoicing and payment screen
- Lower convenience fees
- Expanded payment options
- A faster registration process
Q: Will my dancer’s information carry over?
A: Yes, your family and dancer information will already be in Ellever. You’ll just need to log in and set up your account with billing details.
Q: What about autopay?
A: If you’re on autopay, you’ll just need to re-enter your billing information once in Ellever to keep it running smoothly.
Q: Who do I contact if I have trouble logging in?
A: You can always reach out to our front desk or email us at [studio email]. We’ll be happy to help!

📸 Class Photos & Videos
Did you know we upload photos and videos from class each week? These are a great way to practice at home and to see your dancer’s progress! You can find them in your studio app:
- Open the app
- Go to Media/Audio-Visual
- Choose Recreational folder and then your class folder to view content.


📸 Photo/Video UPLOAD
Parents, if you capture any remarkable pictures or videos at Esprit or community events, kindly send them to us for the opportunity to be featured. You can do this by using the upload feature under the Media/Audio-Visual section. You’ll find content shared by other parents in the “shared event photos/videos” link below it. 🙂
