Competition & Elite Team Reminder: Our mandatory parent meeting is Tuesday, August 26 at 8:00 PM. Please make sure at least one parent attends.
Team Casting is available in the app/parent portal—please double-check to see where your dancer has been placed.
Make sure you are keeping up with your prior team commitments (technique, conditioning, ballet, etc.), as these will be crucial for competition success.
The monthly rehearsal schedule has been posted. Please review it carefully and let us know about any conflicts right away.
We have already begun working on competition routines, so attendance and focus are especially important right now.

🗓 Recital Week — June 1–7, 2025
Mark your calendars! Most dancers will have extra rehearsals during recital week to prepare for our big showcase. A detailed rehearsal schedule will be released in the spring, but we recommend keeping that week as open as possible.

⏰ Team Attendance Reminder
A quick reminder that attendance is mandatory on all required team days. Consistent presence is essential for your dancer’s progress and for the success of their groups.
If your dancer is feeling unwell or you anticipate being late for any reason, it is your responsibility to notify us by texting the studio number as soon as possible. This helps us adjust and keep classes running smoothly.

General Reminders
- ⏰ Early Drop-Off Reminder
For the safety of all our dancers, please remember that if you are dropping off your dancer more than 10 minutes before their class begins, a parent or caregiver must come inside and stay with them until their instructor lets you know they are ready to receive them.- We do not offer childcare, and we cannot be responsible for dancers before their scheduled class unless special arrangements have been made in advance. Thank you for helping us keep our dancers safe and cared for at all times!
- Drop-off & Pick-up:
- All parents: Drop off dancers in reception (enter through the parking lot door).
- All Team: Parents, please come to the reception lobby for pickup. This is for their safety and also so instructors can share any important messages about your dancer that day.
- Lobbies are quiet zones—thanks for helping us keep things calm for our dancers!

Team Classes

Homeschool Classes
- Acro for All Levels – Mondays, 2:00–3:00 PM
- Beginner/Intermediate Ballet – Mondays & Thursdays, 3:00–4:00 PM (runs with enough enrollment)
- Intermediate/Advanced Ballet (Ages 9+) – Thursdays, 3:00–4:00 PM
Private Lessons
- Schedule and styles vary – Check our Private Lessons page for instructor availability!
- Ms. Joey, Ms. Marija, Ms. Reagan and Mr. Jared all have private lesson options available periodically, just check the app under parent portal>private lessons to see what’s available!

Join official studio groups for urgent updates like last-minute cancellations or schedule changes, and connect in parent chat groups with other studio parents. Adult caregivers—grandparents, guardians, etc.—can also download and register so they stay in the loop too!

MANDATORY MONTHLY COMP/ELITE TEAM MEETING
THIS TUESDAY AUGUST 26, 2025!
🚨 Mandatory Competition & Elite Team Parent Meetings! 🚨
Mark your calendars — the last Tuesday of every month we will hold our required parent meeting for all Competition and Elite team families.
✅ Attendance is required for Competition/Elite parents
✅ All other team parents are encouraged and welcome
👉 Parents at ALL team levels: Please come inside at the end of class to pick up your dancer, hear important updates and announcements, and take the opportunity to ask questions or get clarifications.
Your presence makes sure you don’t miss crucial info that directly affects your dancer!
CASTING
Casting is being updated regularly and is now available in your app under Team Content>Casting as well as under Parent Portal>More>My Students. Make sure you know which routines your dancers are cast in! If you don’t see any yet, don’t worry they’re being updated regularly!
Community Events – First Saturday Market
SATURDAY September 6, 2025 will be our first season market and there WILL be a performance aspect. As a reminder, ALL team families will need to commit to at least one event this season in some way. While we love all of our dancers to participate, only a parent volunteer will count toward that requirement.
Rehearsals
September rehearsal schedule is out! You can see it on your app under Team>Month Overview or under Parent Portal>More>Studio Calendar (click through week/day/month views to see all dates for the month.
Be sure to check the schedule immediately and let us know if we’ve missed any conflicts!
Prior Engagements
Be sure to put in any prior engagements for September now! We will close the form down on the 20th, and then once the monthly rehearsal schedule is released please check it immediately and put all dates in your calendar!
DRESS CODE AND SUPPLIES
Just a friendly reminder to show up ready for class according to dress code and have the correct (brand and color) shoes. If you’ve ordered your shoes and they’re not ready for the first week, just let us know. You can wear your feet bare for the first class, but please try to get them soon so you can have the best possible experience with us! As a reminder, ALWAYS be checking your dancers’ shoes and belongings to see when they’re getting outgrown/worn out and need replacement. Be sure to write their name in permanent marker so they can make it back to them when they get lost or misplaced!
Bonus/Add On Classes
Most levels of team have additional optional classes as drop-in or enrollment options. Check the daily and weekly schedules to see what might be available for your dancer! As a general rule:
- Star Squad/Rec Plus
- Rec Plus/Star Squad dancers will definitely be able to take Tuesday Acro and certain performance team classes as optional add-ons, and certain dancers may be able to take Tuesday or Wednesday performance team classes as optional add-ons as well.
- Performance
- Most performance team can definitely add Friday recreational classes as a drop-in option (we’ll guide you on level 1 or 2 on an individual basis) and Acro on Tuesdays 4pm.
- Certain performance team dancers will be able to also take Thursday 4-5 ballet as an option, and certain other drop-in classes with our younger competition team each week.
- Competition
- Competition Team dancers will be able to add Monday ballet/pointe as optional drop-ins, as well as certain Performance Team Wednesday classes optionally.
Solos
Remember, those with solos should be coming up on their days/times off to use the studio and practice on their own whenever possible. Studio space is available any time classes aren’t happening. Reserve in the system so we know you’re planning to come up. If you have submitted a solo application, please be assured we’ve received it and are working on getting those started. There is not strict timeline for solos, as they do not have to follow the normal season schedule but are meant to be separate and extra, and even carry over into the next season.
Payment Plans
We are working on getting everyone’s preferred payment plans set up over the next few days and weeks, and will reach out for any questions or clarifications as we go. Once it is set up, we’ll confirm with you. Until those are completed, you are welcome to go in and make any payments, as your first payments will also be manually processed and we’ll be verifying the amounts before processing those. If you haven’t done so, or if you’d like to change your answers, please complete this form to verify your preferred payment plan.
