✨ Welcome, Team Esprit!
We are so grateful for our dancers and families and proud of the hard work being put in as we head into Winter Break. We’re especially excited to return refreshed and jump straight into recital choreography in the new year — with even more opportunities coming your way!

🚨 TEAM MEETING
Tomorrow | 8:00–9:00 PM
This is a mandatory team meeting with important updates regarding scheduling, recital prep, and the upcoming semester.
Please plan to attend and be on time so we can cover everything efficiently.
🆕 New Studio Space = More Opportunities
Our upcoming third studio space will allow for more solo, duet, and trio rehearsal opportunities during the normal week.
This includes:
- Rehearsal time with an instructor, and
- Open rehearsal time without an instructor
More details on scheduling and access will be shared after Winter Break — we’re excited about the added flexibility this brings to our team!
❄️ Winter Break Availability
Even though we have no regular classes Dec 22–Jan 2, please let us know if your dancer may be available during the break for any optional rehearsals, events, or extra practice opportunities.
We may bring in dancers for solos, duets, trios, or other routines based on availability and willingness, and we’d love to know who might be able to participate if opportunities come up.
🎄 Team Christmas Party – January 3
We’re excited to share that our Team Christmas Party will once again be hosted by Suzanne Rodolfich, and we are so grateful to her for opening her home and organizing this special night for our dancers! 💜
An Amazon wishlist (for items like plates, napkins, etc.) and a sign-up list for drinks and pizza will be shared as soon as Suzanne has those ready.
If you’d like to offer additional help with setup, cleanup, or other support, please feel free to reach out directly to Suzanne and let her know — your help is always appreciated!.
📅 January Prior Engagements
Please be sure to submit all January prior engagement forms by the 20th.
As we move closer to our first full competitions of the season, prior engagement information becomes increasingly important for choreography, spacing, rehearsal planning, and competition scheduling.
Having this information on time helps us set dancers up for success and avoid last-minute changes.
