Prior Engagements

đź“… November Prior Engagements — Action Needed

Our prior engagement form is now turned off.
If there are any missed or new November conflicts, please text or email them to us immediately.

While we make every effort to plan around submitted events, not all conflicts can be accommodated.
Please wait for studio approval before making any non-refundable travel or ticket purchases, especially for competitions and holiday weekends.
Your help in keeping communication clear and proactive makes a huge difference in our scheduling success!

đź–¤ Beetlejuice Show & Parade — Thank You!

What an incredible weekend! Thank you to every dancer, parent, and volunteer who helped make our Beetlejuice show and parade such a fun and memorable event.
We’re so proud of the energy and spirit you brought to the stage and the streets! 🎭

Costume Care & Return:

  • Please hand wash or use a gentle/delicate cycle in a garment bag.
  • Hang dry costumes (no dryers!).
  • Day-O costumes: Lay flat to dry and make sure the green sleeves do not touch any other fabric, as the green dye will bleed.
  • Return all costumes to the studio this week in a labeled bag.

Thank you for helping us keep everything in top shape for future performances!

🧣 Lost & Found — Last Call!

Please check the studio this week for any left-behind shoes, jackets, bottles, or accessories.
All unclaimed items after this week will be donated, so take a quick look next time you’re in.

We love having our families involved — your help makes these events possible and fun for everyone!

đźš« Competition & Convention Communication Policy

A gentle but important reminder:
Parents should not contact convention or competition staff directly.

All registrations, questions, and special requests must go through the studio so we can maintain organized communication and represent the studio professionally.
Thank you for respecting this policy — it ensures everything runs smoothly for everyone involved.

đź©° Elite Ballet Program — Still Interested?

If you couldn’t make it to last weekend’s Elite Ballet Program audition, but you’re still interested in joining, we’d love to hear from you!
Please text or email us and we’ll provide next steps and available options.

CASTING

✨ Casting & Training Updates
Please remember that casting is fluid and will change as we go throughout the season. Dancers should check casting updates often and be ready for adjustments. Trust the process when it comes to casting, training, and rehearsal placements, and keep a positive mindset. Every class and rehearsal matters for your growth—treat each one as an important part of your training. Let’s continue building a supportive and uplifting environment for everyone!

Rehearsals

Rehearsal schedule is out! You can see it on your app under Team>Month Overview or under Parent Portal>More>Studio Calendar (click through week/day/month views to see all dates for the month.

At this point all rehearsals are in the calendar and set, so please be sure you know what routines you need to be present for!

This week:

Wednesday 6-9p Put Your Records On

Friday 6-9p 1,2 Step

Solos

Reminder for Soloists
Solo sessions are scheduled based on teacher availability, so you may not always have a teacher-led session each week. On weeks without a teacher, you are encouraged to reserve studio space and practice what you know so far. This way, you’ll be ready to move on when you meet with your teacher again.

Studio space can be reserved through the Parent Portal > More > Private Lessons. There is no charge to team members for using studio space, but it must be reserved in advance so we can be sure the studio is open for you.

We also recommend teaming up with other dancers—bring a couple of friends to practice together! It’s a great way to feed off each other’s energy and take turns working through choreography.
